My TERMS OF SERVICE(TOS)

By engaging with TOASTEDNUTJOB, the artist and or their work, you agree and must comply to the terms and conditions stated within the page.The artist has every right to refuse service to clients who've breached the TOS.
General TOS applies to all the artist's works including commission work. But most especially publicly posted works.

Artist Rights* I reserve the right to post, share, and promote any commissioned work unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.
* I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason at any time.
* I may place a commission on hold due to personal, scheduling, or medical circumstances.
* Proper credit must always be given when my artwork is used or shared publicly.
* I will not create content that is hateful, offensive, illegal, or otherwise harmful.Client Rights & Usage* You may post the commissioned artwork on social media with clear and visible credit.
* You may use the artwork for personal use (profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc.).
* You may not resell, redistribute, claim ownership of, or profit from the artwork unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.
* You may create physical items (prints, stickers, etc.) for personal, non-profit use only, with prior permission.
* You may only change the background if it is simple/plain and not originally created by me.
* You may not edit, trace, recolor, or otherwise significantly alter my artwork without permission.Content GuidelinesWill Draw* Humans / humanoids

* Illegal, problematic, or controversial shipsPayment Terms* Accepted methods: CashApp, PayPal, Ko-fi, RobuxPayment Structure:* 50% upfront payment is required before I begin any work* Remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files are deliveredKo-Fi: All ko-fi Commissions are paid upfront, as each Commissions type is listed separately on there.Roblox: payment is after first sketch.Work will not begin until the initial payment has been received.Final files will not be sent until full payment has been completed.Revisions Policy
Multiple revisions are allowed during the sketch phase (up to 2–3 options depending on complexity).
Minor adjustments are allowed during line-art and coloring.
Major changes (pose, composition, character design) requested after sketch approval may require an additional fee.
Once rendering or final detailing has begun, only small tweaks will be allowed.Additional Revision Fees:Minor revision: $5–$10 (small fixes like color tweaks, minor details, tiny adjustments)
Major revision: $15–$40+ depending on complexity (pose changes, redesigns, composition changes)Turnaround Time (TAT) & Communication* Estimated turnaround time: 4–12 days
* Timing may vary depending on complexity, current queue, and personal/medical circumstances.Updates & Communication:* Progress updates will be provided at key stages (sketch, lineart, color).
* Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner.
* If no response is received within 7 days, the commission may be paused.
* If no response is received within 14 days, the commission may be considered abandoned without refund.File Delivery* Final artwork will be delivered as high-resolution PNG files.
* Files include:
* Version with signature
* Version without signature
* Transparent background available upon request.Usage RestrictionsThe artwork may not be used for:* AI training datasets
* NFTs or blockchain-related projects
* Any automated image generation systems
* Commercial purposes without explicit purchase of rightsCommercial Use* Commercial rights must be purchased separately.
* Pricing for commercial use is typically 2x–3x the base commission price, depending on intended usage.
* Commercial use includes (but is not limited to): merchandise, branding, advertising, or any profit-generating use.Additional Fees* Additional charges may apply for:
* Complex character designs
* Extra characters
* Detailed backgrounds
* Complicated compositionsClient Responsibilities* Clients must provide clear references and accurate descriptions.
* I am not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by unclear, missing, or misleading information.Refund Policy* Full refunds are available if the commission is canceled before work begins or before lineart starts.
* Partial refunds may be issued depending on how much work has been completed.
* No refunds will be issued once the final artwork has been completed and delivered.
* If I cancel a commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided regardless of progress.
* Chargebacks without prior communication will result in a permanent blacklist.Client Do’s & Don’ts

* Provide clear references and instructions
* Communicate respectfully and promptly
* Credit me properly when posting
* Ask questions if unsure about anythingDon’t:
* Rush or pressure for faster delivery outside agreed TAT
* Request excessive revisions beyond what is reasonable
* Use the artwork for commercial purposes without permission
* Submit unclear or incomplete referencesAgreement
